Availability of Delivery Service
Currently, all orders placed online are available for delivery only. We do not offer in-store pickup at this time. However, we are actively working on establishing showrooms to provide a broader range of services in the future.
Shipping Time
Order Processing & Dispatching
- Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 48 business hours.
- Dispatching Time: Orders are dispatched within 72 business hours of placement.
- During processing, please contact our support team at support@amerlifehome.com to update any order details, including address, phone number, or email.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

- Note: Products will be shipped from the closest available warehouse. If stock is unavailable at the nearest warehouse, shipping may be from a nearby location, adding 1-2 days to delivery.

Pre-Order Shipping
Items on pre-sale or pre-order will display estimated delivery dates on the product page. Orders are shipped as soon as stock becomes available, with immediate notification to you. If there are any delays, we will inform you so you can modify or cancel your order as desired.
Delivery Courier
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not offer other carrier options, and customers are unable to specify a preferred carrier at this time.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available for all purchases on the AMERLIFE online store.
Shipping Areas
Free shipping is provided across the continental USA.
Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Puerto Rico. Delivery services to Canada are under development.
Order Tracking
- Order Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification.
- Tracking Information: Track your delivery status via the tracking link sent to your email or the tracking links in the footer of our website.
Proof of Delivery (POD) Receipt
Before signing for delivery, we recommend the following checklist to avoid missed claims for damage:
- Inspect all packages for visible damage.
- Verify that all items match the POD list.
- If you notice any serious damage or blurring on the cartons, inspect the products inside.
- Document any damage with photos.
- Note any property damage on the POD, ensuring you capture both photos and video if possible.
- Request the delivery driver’s signature or initials beside your notes on any damaged items.
